i want to update the software and mine says its already up-to-date .need help

i have only got it for less than a month now so i am just playing with it but i need to up to date it
it says current version :V01.02.00
release date:01/24/2014
what is the latest software version , because when i Google it says V02.02. so confused

My tool is registered and needs updating as it is brand new but when I click on the
update button I just a little spinning thing that says loading but nothing ever happens.
Please help

Hi , thank u. When I hit the update button its says (NO AVAILABLE UPDATES)
But when I log in to autel teh it says UPDATES AVAILABLE .PLZ help

Yep same here. Done system update no problem. But when I press update icon to update manufacture data, it just spins. I have left it like this all night and come in this morning and it still saying loading with a spinning icon. Any help please. Its a maxisys mini.

Before when I used to press update icon it used to update the manufacture data and
now it says no available update but when I login to autel it says updates available .
And on support app when I go to my account on update data its says (sorry , no data
found)
