I had the same issue with a 2008 Toyota Sienna.  I already contacted Autel Tech Support and sent them datalogs and recordings on this issue.  They said they will look into the problem.

Not they whole maxisys crashes on me and I must restart entire program and enter
vehilce from they auto id

Autel has not supported any thing they maxisys flash pro is not recognised by any
dealership and they so not recognise google chrome as a web browser only internet
explorer 8.1 or higher,along with a windows based operating system like xp with s.p.2
or windows 7 professional so this tablet becomes useless on most dealership
critieria,so now what so we need to so to make Autel know we have a serious situation
