Yes the speed is back it is much faster even boot time is now 15 seconds instead of 30 and everything responds very fast the only thing i noticed the camera don't work it crashes so there will be another one to fix this one most likely -

I don't know why it shows released date 3-31-04 it was released today for us also wanted to know if your tool when you try to update does it show your account id tool id etc on the top left of your screen and are you getting a spinning wheel what kind of error does it show i tested a few units today and no problem besides the camera -

Yes it does show the account id, I just get repeated download failed message every
time. Support replied they don't think its the 1.17 problem, they say it could be there
server. They want me to check there server for data loss, îf 30% or more that might be
the problem. I will check tonight when I get home and figure out how to do that. -

Just ping tested server, 0% data loss. I'm gonna send support what I found and wait to
hear what they say. If any other ideas I'm all ears. Also double checked o.s. update, it
says 3/31/14.
