you have used the CD icon on the upper right corner of the screen.

This format is NOT supported, as it is a full record for Autel technicians and I do not have any information about this format.

You have to use the "save" button on right of a normal scan menu to save data you can display.
I can only display files that can also be shown with the playback function of the DS708.
Please check the user manual for recording/saving and playback feature.
