    So I received my unit back from Autel repair and now everything works as it should. I
    don't know what was done to repair' but as soon as they reply to my email I will post it.

     So I finally received an answer and here it is guys.  There is a software issue during boot up Maxisys to fail. We are currently pin pointing the software issue that is causing a failure from start up.  Hope this helps some of you out.

    It's been a while since I replied to this post, but engineers never replied to me what was the problem and what was causing it to say Maxis sys has stopped responding, I  had to figure out by myself thanks Maxisys guys. It was caused by my extended storage 32 gig external Micro HC Flash card.  Once again thanks tech support for such a prompt answer.

    do i have to send my unit to get it fix or it s someting that i can do my self ?
