I have not tried factory restore. However if you want to remove root then you can just use the exploit to uninstall it. As for any other stuff installed restore original apps and uninstall any other non stock items before you unroot the device. That I have done. I am still working on making it easier and trying to find a true backup and restore solution. However I think that is beyond my expertise.
Just saying but I heard it said that any adding things to the tablet besides autel stuff voids warrenty is it worth the risk on something kinda glitchy anyways
Android itself is open source.. Witch means user's can manipulate & alter the core system anyway they like. Only control Autel has is there program (there .apk app).. Witch means we're not allowed to alter there program.
So root is irrelevant towards warranty. However Autel does have the right to denie warranty claims if they see the system is rooted. Not a factor though as root as well as 3rd party apps can easily be removed in full. So no worries..
Would it work just copying the software files and loading them on a good tablet like a NEXUS or Tab3? I don't like this tablet its slow and does what it wants its junk. love the software just want a good tablet . Any ideas if that would work?
Autel probably froze his account until they figure out what to do. It would be great to get out of this crappy loader and be able to use it like a regular tablet.
