yes that was my problem also, i got me a new router and problem solved, thanks for your post.

yes bill i also experinced that on my first try, went to wireless setting and i disconnect
from my wireless router and connect again, it has not happen again since then,try this
it may work for you good luck.

 Hate to say it, you may want to try the new router thing too.  Mine was acting the same way on my old router.

   if autel don't stop releasing all this untested updates they are releasing lately we are all going to end up replacing routers,modems,internet providers may be even move out of our neighborhood, no joke this is insane. i replaced my router and it worked fine for a day or so then it started again with the spinning wheel, reboot it didn't work rebooted again when to support first then update and it worked but on and off not stable, i am going to change internet provider next and if that doesn't work maybe i'll move out of the country.
