    Hello!
    I've got problems with my scanner!
    It connect's to the vehicle, it identifies the vehicle, it scan's the vehicle. Everything is allright but after scanning it show's the message "Tester not communicating with control unit".
    What happened?
    I tried to update, I've rebooted several times but it's all the same. And it happen's with everey car.

    did you update your vci with the latest software ? If not just update it and reboot both
    the vci and the scanner,the vci must be connected thru the usb cable in order to update
    it good luck let me know how it went.

    Yes, I've updated both the scanner and vci!
    I don't know what to do next.

    I will do a complete factory reset before anything else just in case something got
    corrupted , if it continues with the same problem I will suspect a bad vci. Contact tech
    support thru email or a phone call they may be able to assist you farther good luck.

    Also disconnect the obd2 cable from the vci and make sure there are no bent or
    missing pins then retry again good luck.
