     What do we do when the person we bought it from has since passed away? Kind of messed up how that works, now i cant update and fully utilize something I paid good money for.

     The DS708 is no longer supported by any Updates or Tech Support.If you are lucky enough to get one that still in working order you best, leave it as is and turn off the WIFI on it to avoid issues because it auto connects to stuff that will corrupt the software. Do Not even do it to connect it to your network printer , by default it auto connects to Autel. Just say No to connecting it toWiFi.

     I'm also looking for a way to change registration of an MD802 to my ID.

    My neighbor is an older guy who does not own a computer let alone know how to use one.

    He had a random person help him update his MD802, that person registered it and updated it a few years ago.

    That person is no longer around and we can't contact him.

    How the hell do we get this updated now since the original registrant is MIA but the actual original owner of it just wants it updated??
