Yes ede you can do that but when you go to update you will see all updates to optimise display logos again what you have to do is delete new png and rename old to new_car.png and update will be fooled it does not look for actual logo it looks for file name.
-- won't update this time, not until I am sure how to get stuff back (with original logo's, replacement's just make the menu's confusing). You go to the directory using root explorer? Where to find the directories for maxisys data / vehicle data (the logo's) so I can back them up and trick the sys like mentioned.
Your right ede I did all mine rebooted and ITS have all factory logos I even change the ford logo to one I googled now its just like the first logo that shipped with tool.
Got them back to originals also, I just feel it's not working right with the other ones and it's cheap as hell to look at as well. Think this is just a temp. issue for Autel, but I won't wait for them to fix it if I can do it myself. Thnx for the initial shot on this Ede
