It's really easy.  You can simply delete the car_new.jpg files unless you're going to want them back for some reason (though I can't think of any.)  If you think you might want them back then you can rename them but there's really no need. 

Put your card in your computer.  Navigate to \Scan\Make.  You will see Asia, Domestic, Eobd, Europe, and USA.  Go into each folder and then each make in that folder.  In each folder there is a car.jpg file and car_new.jpg file.  Simply delete the car-new.jpg file and the tool will then just read the car.jpg file.  Do that for each vehicle make in each of the folders. 

When/if you update the tool it will simply rewrite the car_new.jpg files to each folder and you'll have to delete them again.
