this bad, honestly to me this version was sell as the new product. I did not even know it is dead product..

how does PC-suite works then in Windows 8.1 or W10.. and even iMac (that seems to be out of the question).

honestly not happy at all.. not at all..

I lost my money totally.. even in Car sectors the producers keeping at least parts etc and software updates at least following system updates... as you know you cannot leave you customers without any support with old tools what they have..
of course new one comes and goes, but that is life, but support should be exist or at least products should not be sold anymore as new if they are out of life cycle.. really dissapointed of this.

I have JP701 within US703 data, so I have couple of Japan models, and then couple of American cars models in my tool.
but does it matter which of these models JP701, EU702, US703 and FR704 are used? as now they all are old products (death product)..

so, currently as I mentioned this JP701 (heard that EU702 and US703) is only work with windows xp and 7 versions..How it is possible that you are not taking care to apply the patch for fix issue to get pc-suite for older tools (JP701)to work with 8.1 or 10 or even OS (apple) as these are not working at all? it would be more than nice that supplier (manufacturer) is kean of after marketing (taking care of follow computer versions)......

so, is that possible Autel would create patch to fix issue? I would assume it would not be huge work...
but soon all these nice tools are not usable anymore as you cannot use pc-suite as we dont have anymore those old windows version computers.
