This new version of MB has destroyed the software, does anyone have a backup of previous version ? Because it is absolutely useless by this version, I cannot even read the fault codes, no live data, data error, I tried w204 , w212
Please help me out with this, I talked to support and they said in october they will release an update to fix the issue but i'm really in need of MB software...

V6.20, today I tried an E280 2006 and also a C200 2005 and it worked great but for
model years from 2014 the software is useless... have you got backup of 6.00 version?

I have already sent you a datalog , here's the vehicle's identification number
...WDD2120361B132736 MB E250 2015, also checked a C200 2014 same result as this
E250 datalog... I emiled support04@autel.com and he/she told me I must wait till
october for the new update to be released, first of all my license will be expired then
secondly why if it was working great on previous version I have to wait till the new
verion to be released ? Assuredly it is a software issue 'cause it says data error when I
click on live data, and when I clickon read code it tries to communicate but no
success... I insist for this issue to be fixed because I have got a lot of clients with new
MB cars...
