Hi, can you please change another new SD card to have a try? There may be problem with the SD card. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com with a screen shot of the error message for us to check. Thanks!

I'm the original owner of a ds-708 since two weeks I'm trying to restore my ds-708 to factory setting the asked me to pay one year updates to help me , I told them to send me a factory files without any car on it in order to solve the tool they refused, so if you are kind send me you backup only remove file authorisation in order to not share the unit that's all thanx -

HAS ANYONE EVER MANAGED TO GET THE FILES FOR SD CARD AS IM THE SAME, TRY BACK UP PUT ON NEW CARD AND SAID COULDNT PASTE TO CARD SO NOW NO FILES AS ALL LOST. CONTACTED AUTEL TO BE TOLD CANT DO NOTHING. WAS INTERMITTENT WORKING THEN NOT BUT NOW USELESS. UNDERSTAND ITS OLD BUT SHOULD BE BETTER WAY TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING OR A RECOVERY USING SN AND PASSWORD WHICH I HAVE -
