     yes sir that is correct.  A hard head makes a soft ass, I like that one, never heard that before but from now on I am going to honor your father  by saying it a lot, it makes all the sense in the world to me. I know autel must have a very soft ass cuz they don't listen man. take care buddy.

     ede looking for some help. Im installing MY OWN BACKUP copies and am having trouble with toyota. Installed prev version 2.21 fine but will not show me models for usa or japan. Will show europe and others. Any thoughts

      Guys gm, I know this is a shot in the dark but I wish we could purchase a Maxysis, and then we would all have the original software and then share it amongst ourselves... This way we wouldn't have to update ...Also I want to update on BMW SOFTWARE I have a 2005 BMW 525 this morning e60, no oil, brake, pollen filter, spark plug service  reset option for CAS.... I had to use my Launch creader 8...I SEARCHED ALL OVER THAT DAMN SOFTWARE AND I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING FOR THOSE RESET PARAMETERS..I will keep you all posted...

     Hi your issues have nothing to do with software but rather hardware. there has to be something wrong with your vci interface, try re-flashing your vci and make sure it goes thru the process again. autel support  can also help you reset it to its original software. what ever the case maybe no vehicle update will fix your issues, this updates are only related to missing functions or disable functions, not communication problems. good luck. contact your tool provider and have them replace your vci if none of this tips help you.
