     Although I didn't receive a request failed.  I don't think it sent yet, and when I sent a test reply, it shows request failed, so server must be down again.

    We tested it in our side which can be sent sucessfully, could you please try it again? 
    For your information, once you uploaded the datalog to us, it is suggested you send an email to us (support@autel.com) with your serial No. so that we can ask our engineer to check it soon.
