    Sorry, akan, the datalog you reported to us is empty. I think you failed to record all the data. Anyway, please don't use Landrover software, please use Jaguar software to have a try and let me know the result. Thanks.

     support i dont keep customers cars until you have time to look at the log (i would have 50 parked cars here and customers wanting to go home for months)

    YOU NEED TO BE FASTER WITH YOUR RESPONSE AND I MEAN WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO NO A FEW DAYS......

    I am sorry because of time difference, your request of response within one hour is very difficult to achieve for us at present, but we are always trying our best to satisfy our customers and hope you can understand. In the future, once you uploaded datalogs, we hope you can inform us via email first so that we can take action immediately.

     i don't think you understand almost all of the people that send in a data log send it because they are trying to do a job (right now ) and cannot afford to wait for support to reply in real life that is just not how it works.

    most people want answers and fixes right away....
