I bought mine from autelmall. They are authorized and always respond to emails and
chats during business hours in China. I even downloaded Skype just to see how
responsive they were and they are great.

I tried calling the autel USA number and never got anyone to answer the phone.

I'm not bashing autel USA, but rather praising autel China's customer service.

 For me, it's always better to buy from a local dealer,

  For the extra middleman cost of the extra $500 -$1000 you are likely to pay  versus getting direct from China, If  your dealer doesn't go above and beyond, make you back up software, and give you a loaner unit when yours is down  then Amazon  with alot of positive feed back ,or maybe AES wave  Black Friday Deal might be how I would go. Sooner or later something is going to piss you off and not work,so if  your dealer ain't going to be there reliably to walk you through the problem ,then save the money.

  I have bought an HP Scientific Calculator and computer memory from this site in USA (I think) and all worked out ok. I see they have a killer deal till 1/31 on the Maxi Sys Elite, but it is being shipped by another company in China that I have not dealt with before. If it is a legit i Elite it does  have a 13600mah battery vs a Pro 11000mah battery in it that might last a little longer before life support intervention required.
