is there a fix for this?? Mine started doing it this morning, and it has been fine up until then. it did not update because our subscription is expired. tried all the suggestions found on the forum and nothing working.

This is how I got mine fixed note I have verson 1.29 went to amozon app installer and
down loaded malawarebite antiviros softwar ran scan found 2 viruses deleted them
and everything went to working . Have not had any prob sense
