I have just purchased a used maxidas ds708 .
I have gone online and registered but it still seems to hold some of the old owners details .
When I go to the update screen it still shows the previous owners email address .
How can I change this ??

Please register a new Autel ID with your email address, send your Autel ID and serial No. to support@autel.com. Our support will help you to transfer this unit to your own account.

hello sir.
I am trying to add the Maxidas Ds708 to my account but it's give message that the device is not exist , and also when I try to update the devise it's shown the previous owner info .

password: 139109

please advise asap

Hi, as I have checked the register password for this unit is incorrect. Can you please write to support@autel.com with the shot of About screen under Setting menu for us to check? We'll transfer this tool to your ID when we get the mail. Thanks!

Hello ,i have a MaxiDAS DS708 and my previous email used as my autel ID was deleted and i lost my password. I created a new Autel ID. how to use it with my unit?
