so after 19 days of contact with technical service
the simply ask me to pay about 900$ to renew my yearly sub to download the good software
i just contact them at 2-1-2016 my software update expired on 13-1-2016 is this my fault to pay 900$ cuz of there untested update ! or there delay to solve my issue !
its happen to me 2 time ,, but now ill let my lawyer to contact there dealer here ,, its unbelievable ! there fault and we pay !
