I've tried sending 2 logs both failed and neither are in the "unsent" folder. I am very unhappy with this tool so far. Data rates on vehicles it does work on is horrible.
Do datalogs go to specific departments based on the vehicle being scanned? I've tried sending 4 logs now and they all fail. A ford and a gm log both sent fine
we received Ford and Isuzu datalog files. But there is no description in your Ford. What's the problem? Could you please send email to support@autel.com.
The ford was sent by accident. I was seeing if it was a car line sending problem. At first it wasnt going either. Then it went, then isuzu went. It was weird
Our engineer is checking this problem. Once got result, our support will inform you via Email and dataloging page (Maxisys->Data Manager->Data Logging)
I took can't read live data on a vauxhall astra, I've saved the data log but it won't send ! Its saying check network connection but its all ok . Clicking icon top right any advice ?
