Authorization check failed for Ford and Opel

    Hi,

    I have an ERROR CODE 3 while trying to enter some brands like Ford or Opel.
    Other brands are still working.
    It's been doing that since 2 weeks already. Didn't change langage or anything else.
    Please have a look at the screen capture.

    What's the point, everything was OK till now ?

     Did you try to delete those brands and do update search again. The brands will reinstall and see if it works.

    For your case, please make sure you select French, and then re-download Ford and Opel again.

     Hi,
    I deleted Ford app.
    But now, where do I download it again ?

    There is a stamp on Update App, showing 3 updates are waiting.
    BUT, when I open it, I can only see a system update and no trace of the 2 other updates waiting.

    Do I have to install the system update first ? I've been told that the latest system update renders many vehicles unuseable (mostly old models) ?

    Please download System update first, then the vehicle software will appear.

    Yes, this error message is becasue the software are not get authorization properly, you need to re-download all the software again.
