     Hi,

    did a simple factory reset and everything works now fine.....

    Mine has the same isue but all I ever get from autell is to be told to update my scaner. Almost a full year later and still not. Working. I also get the error code three screen

    Please make sure you select the right language and download the software again which appeared this error code.

    If you have any problem about decoding failure, please collect datalog to our analysis.
