    Hello all, maybe there are too many customers downloading at the same time, so our serve has limited the downloading access. Please try to reboot your device and keep trying.

    Definetly something wrong. I've had this tool (908p) for two years and never had this
    probem. Keeps saying download failed.

     Same issue I have rebooted several times and attempt the update all day, no help from AUTEL ...... Very frustrated

    Still doing the same thing, after many reboots and attempts to download updates.
    The Aurora browser update failes each time also.

    During the last round of updates, this same issue would happen while charging, but
    not while unplugged.
    If that helps anything.
