I think is advisable your organization should reduce the updating cost for the ds708 since you have stop manufacturing this product also think it's going to do your good to avail this updating files available on the site just like this forum whereby each subscribers /user of ds 708 can easily get their corrupt sd cards updated while they have made payment for subscription for you to keep good customer relation .for instance the cost for updating my device has increased this year against what it was last year when updated its now an equivalent of double the amount you placed for the subscription
