Actually I don't have the software, I am planing now to buy the IDS, but I am wondering
about the version of the IDS. I went to the dealer to brograme the transmission, but
they said that they can't. They claim the new programs IDS is programming online, and
because of that, only new transmissions can be programmed, the used ones that
already programmed before can't programmed again. They claim, that because of
some used parts are stolen from other cars, so its type of security to not let stolen
parts. I don't now if this is the reason, or because they want to force customers for only
new expensive parts.
If you have idea about the IDS software please share it with me.
