You may have too high expectations. It would be normal to receive a response within 1-2 days (you have a customer waiting on the solution of a problem I guess) but this is not how it works. Autel most of the time responds way after you found another way to fix the problem.
Datalogs are helpfull in a meaning that they improve the tool for the future (they take things from the logs and solve the problems in future updates so you won't run into them again) but as a 'live help' it is not as helpfull as they promoted it to be, sorry to say but it is the truth.
