I STARTED A THREAD MAXIDAS IS GARBAGE, I WANT TO BRING EVERYONE ONTO THE SAME PAGE ABOUT SUEING AUTEL FOR (STEALING) THERE SOFTWARE BACK AFTER IT WAS PAYED FOR. DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE GETTING SUED FROM SOMEONE ELSE. WE ARE ALL CUSTOMERS, WE PAID FOR A PROBUCT THAT NO LONGER PERFORMS WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I PERSONAL THINK EVERYONE NEED TO POOL THERE INFORMATION, GET THERE PAPERWORK IN ORDER AND EACH OF US SUE THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS FOR THE EQUIPMENT COST. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND SHARE YOUR STORY AND ISSUES WITH AUTEL. I AM GOING TO START A YOU TUBE CHANNEL ABOUT AUTEL AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO, SO I CAN SHARE ALL THE COLLECTIVE RESEARCH WITH EVERYONE. IT IS MY HOPE TO BE ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER A COMPELLING (SMALL CLAIMS) LAW SUIT FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO TAKE THE TIME TO FILE ONE ON THERE OWN. IT WOULD COST AUTEL MORE MONEY IN LEGAL FEES TO RESPOND TO A SMALL CLAIMS COMPLAINT THAN TO JUST REFUND ARE MONEY, NOT TO MENTION ALL THE BAD PRESS AND LOSE OF CUSTOMER BASE. ARE WE ALLOWED TO SHARE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION IN THESE SUPPORT COMMUNITIES? I WOULD REALLY REALLY LOVE TO BRING EVERYONE ON BOARD AND EITHER GET AUTEL TO DELIVER ON THERE PRODUCT OR PAY US BACK AND IN THE END THEY WILL HAVE NO CUSTOMERS AND WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, THERE IS NO COMPANY!

For your issue, we have replied you already. We asked for datalog, but you don't provide it, so our engineer took one day to analyze it for you. As I mentioned to you several times, if it is our software bug, we will release a beta version to solve your issue.

    Oh friends,

"DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE GETTING SUED FROM SOMEONE ELSE"..
in which world do you live ?

Instead of creating useless youtube crap and posts here try to force Ford, GM, Renault and co. to provide the required information to Autel, Launch, Xtools, Foxwell, Hella, Bosch and co.

The U.S. law is sometimes as stupid as "Trump for president" but you do not stop Trump and you blame always the others = Autel.
Blame your U.S. car makers for fencing and blocking independent tool makers and blocking YOU at the end.

They do NOT want Autel and others to do what there software can do to protect there dealers !
That is the fact but you do nothing but blaming Autel.
Fight against Ford, GM and co. if you want to more features and functions, this would be a benefit for all independent repair shops.

Or buy an other tool, if you can find one that fits your budget and requirements.
Low Cost but all Ford/GM/Benz/VW/Volvo/.. features like the OEM software = that does not work.
If you want a full clone of the OEM software you can multiply the price of the tool by factor 10.
Also do this to the update price, payed monthly then .......

Autel has its problems, clear, as any other tool maker, but I see that they try a lot for MS series as the DS708 has reached end of life.
Stop these "... is garbage" posts as they do not provide any useful input to solve the issues we have with the tool or software.
Start thinking and get back to reality, even if this hurts a bit.

now that was one useless post  from  fware.
most  autel users   are very upset  because  autel tricked  all of us  back starting  in early  2015
everytime  we  were updating  are scan tools   the updates  were really deleting   softwear  from all of us.

Well said. I can't agree with you more. These auto makers are trying to block, and
pass laws to stop us from making repairs. Sounds socialist to me. Hillery is on
boardwith the automakers as to stop independant garages from making repairs to any
vehicle less than 10 years from purchase. Ummmmm think how much business you'll
    loose.
