    My maxisys elite keeps crashing after update. I already factory reset and I keep getting crashes.

    Is there any fix for this? I also can't download new car updates because it keeps crashing.

    I really need help with please. I can't even use my maxisys elite because I don't have any of the diagnostics installed.

     The forum is ok to post the problem you are experiencing here  for others to read ,but the preferred way is to contact your dealer first and follow their instructions on the path you need to follow to document every thing properly that support recommends that you do and that it has been tried.
