s I sent a complaint Tuesday,asked for 1 day reply,haven't heard anything from support...my maxisys freezes and says itbwants to shut down all the time..I diag 10 -15 cars a dayand never had any problems before..also as I said it auto ids ok butwill not decode ANY vin
May I suggest you forward your previous email to support@autel.com? And also as for the VIN decode failed, please provide us the car model, year and VIN No.
For the freezing issue, please upgrade the system to the latest version.
