I have a Toyota Camry 2003 and I can't adjust the RPM, and I have a autel MS906.

    Idle speed is controlled by Engine Control Module (ECM) and is not adjustable. Check idle speed with engine at normal operating temperature, transaxle in Neutral, parking brake applied, air cleaner and all air intake hoses installed, all vacuum hoses installed, check air intake system. If air intake system is okay, throttle body may require cleaning. On live data check the coolant temperature, on a cold engine the coolant temperature and the intake air temperature must be very close each other.
