Can the Maxisys MS906 program PCM's

Hello all, I recently picked up a MS906 off of my tool guy and I'm still trying to figure out what I can and cannot do with this unit. I've been looking around the net to figure out the answer to my question and the answers are hit and miss, so I figured I should just ask the Autel community. Is it possible to program/re-program PCM's,BCM's, etc.? -

No manufacturer supports Android for programming. -

Yes you can, but only on certain makes, on some models like Chryslers, you can switch
vins if you have pin code for the security, and you can see what's the pcm update is,
then get online and make sure that's the latest file, but you can't update the pcm cal.
The 908 I believe can be bought with a elite kit that comes with j box, then you pay the
manufacture for their subscription and you can program. Remember each
manufacturer has a different wants and needs to sign up for their access.
