After UPDATE 3.21 no communication with any car!!!!!!!!!!

    Since my Maxisys Elite came I never updated anything yet. I'm afraid that it might not
    work after update. That sucks!

    Be careful maxisys elite PC suite on the CD is the wrong version.
    This is an update for maxiflash pro.The problèm is here .Don t use cdroom incluse in package.They make mistake.
    I hope they give solution for downgrade

     reflashed jbox multiple times with same flash file 3.21until it worked,restarted tablet multiple times as well. now the strengh of the bluetooth for some reason is very weak, you have to be very close to the vci/jbox or it wont connect, its not the vci as i tried a few,its the software in our tablets causing the issue.

    Problem is solved !
    I call an autel tech France.He found an issue.He used teamviewer and downgrade Vci firmware to 2.00 Elite on my laptop.
    So it works !!!
    Don t forget : In the future update vci only on tablet not with the cd

     Hi, am having the same problem and don´t kn how to fix it, so if Autel engineer have notices this problem he should try and let have the VCI firmware 2.00  for Elite or put it on server for us to downgrade and can go doing our daily jod why waitin for them to fix the problem. NB i have jod in hand to do and my tool is not working that will make me loss my clients thanks

     I am having the same problem.  I spent about an hour on the phone with tech support on Friday. They did screen recordings of my tablet and PC. They are turning those into engineering to help solve our problem. The tech I spoke with is suppose to update me on Monday.  Hopefully they can get this fixed ASAP.
