Can not update DS808

    Hello;

    I am unable to update, either the firmware or the software on my DS808. I get server errors in both instances. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to solve it.

    Hi Scott, u must connect to WiFi . if ur phone have hotspot, put on the hotspot and make sure ur data is on . go to setting on ur ds 808 and put on the WiFi. That s all

    Hi you do know for the firmware update you have to plug it in to your car and be on
    hotspot or the WiFi ok
