try with usb debugging on and off in settings for the tablet
someone mentioned something about developer option or something in a pervious post
connect with usb mini cable to pc and view the tablets contents
open scan folder and view all contents
copy and paste any and all carlines to a pc folder
or the entire scan folder itself
If YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS VALID then and only the try and
swap out carline from tablet and replace with previous version from pc
and see if it works
You will have option for support and download access if something goes wrong
Please post back what did and did not work
since the lawsuit from ford and gm, backup and software swapping options have dwindled
Autel is non existent on the forum and extremely vague on info to do it
Its funny that the machine recommends software backup but no option to do it
Anybody with active subscriptions should try an save and swap if they think something is missing from
the new update and if it does not work, phone support and raise shit about backups and get your tab runnin again
