I am having battery issues. Every time I go to upgrade or do a function the device powers down. And will not power back up unless it is plugged up. If I need to replace the battery where would I purchase one? -

Thinking its a dealer repair unless you are handy. Google it and see what comes up. I have seen a few videos about this. Hope this helps -

where are your videos posted? and do I need to go to the actual dealer or can i order the battery on Amazon? -

That's a fairly new unit so why are you having battery problems
Do you have any warranty, is it because it does not charge when plugged into car
Must be plugged in to update
after fully charged how long does it last
keep my 908pro plugged in all the time when not in use
don't snap back stand into back of unit and have no bat problems

I recall a recent system update that removed the capability of MS906 and DS808 to charge through the vehicle DLC connector, so I think these batteries must have had a high rate of warranty claims for Autel to do this.
