Think it can only be set up at initial registration of device as the primary email account associated with the device, and cannot be changed second hand unless you are within the update period and support authorizes the changes. then ONLY DURING UPDATE PERIOD you'll  probably be instructed to do a factory reset and need to download all the software again.
