MS905 won't boot after touchscreen replacement

     I replaced the digitizer (touchscreen) on my MS905 yesterday, it had dead spots that wouldn't respond when tapped. The installation went great, much easier than I thought. But now it won't boot up. When I connect the charger, the battery indicator comes on the screen, and sometimes the "Autel Smart Diagnostics" logo, but then goes dark and won't turn on. I disassembled it again to check if I messed anything up but found nothing. I tried reconnecting the old digitizer and no luck. What do I do with it? Is there any way of forcing a hard reset or anything like that? Who would I contact for repair if I can't fix it myself?
