Call support in your geographic area with your unit's serial number , and see what they suggest you do. If you are out of update period and didn't create a backup , you may be SOL and have to buy a Total Care update , but I would find out from support if your serial number of unit is one that would receive full support for an RGA return in your geographic region as an authorized regional dealer sold unit or have to be shipped to Autel in mainland China for necessary repairs before buying any update for it.
