Once you have someone on the line , just keep your cool and realize they are not the bad guys and are there to help you and see if he or she can remote into your tablet via the Quick Support App to figure out if you need to delete one or two of the car Apps and install a 16 or 32 GB Sandisk memory card and re download the those 2 car Apps again , or if you need to do a factory reset and download system and everything again, but you may need to add more memory since 32gb internal memory is no longer large enough .
