Hi I would like to set up my MaxiCOM MK808TS on spanish language but, received this message "language is not authorized, please contact dealer authorized". Please help Thanks
I believe the Fix to this would be to write to Autel or the dealer and pay a $US 250 transfer fee or some sort for that device's serial number. I then believe a software update becomes available in a day or two that allows the changing of the language for that device.
This is just MY opinion of what happens based on what I recall seeing on various forums. There is an Autel consultant "Curtis Hardin", who Will get it done for you when you book a consultation session with him. He will act like the middle-man between you and Autel's engineers to get your device rectified.
