MK808 has no active test button even after update , component test doesn't work either?

The active test button won't show up after update on mk 808. So I cant run bi directional tests. The component test function won't work with any type of vehicle either . Says not compatible with module. I'm new to this brand but without those functions I can't even diagnosis and fix my vehicle. If anyone has the same issues or solutions, please help me,
