good afternoon ... with all due respect they deserve ... it happens exactly the same problem with the ds708 rideon the same as "THE WIFI IS NOT MATCHED WITH MAC DS708. THE DIAGNOSTICS IS NOT AVAILABLE" a help and I've been unable to work days with the scanner .... thank you my serial number is this DS019Q003302 

 its better you try the original SD card, then you try the other, please try that then make us know what happen

I wonder if anyone knows this code? WhenI turn on the scanner, I get this pop up: 00-0A-EB-FD-7A-00...20-02-AF-02-FC-E1 and the only optionI can choose is ok. After doing that, I get homepage as you will... Then the wifi Mac is not matched with DS708.  The diagnostic is not available. What can I do to solve this problem. Help!
