It seems for some time now my scanner refuses to comunicate with multiple sub 2010 model year vehicle. The scan tool is fully updated and connected to internet but I've been finding myself having to use the shop snapon Apollo to even access simple codes and live data on multiple vehicles. With the price paid for the tool and constant updates I'd expected a lot more, not to sure if its a software issue forcing out older vehicles but, I'd gladly delete all theses unheard of Asian models to be able to diagnose the multitudes of domestically popular vehicles owned in the u.s..
