    Hi all,
    I have this problem with my autel when connecting to newer vehicles it comes up with a message
    "To ensure the normal progress of diagnosis, please confirm that the device is connected to the internet"
    Once confirming that device is connected to WiFi i get another message
    "Network error. Ensure that the network is properly connected. Press yes to retry the network connection, otherwise press no to perform offline diagnosis"

    Does anyone know the fix to this. My subscription did end April 2023. I did want to wait a year before renewing as I dont use the device that much. But could this be related to my subscription ending?

    That's normal now. Just make sure you have a good internet signal, you are only required to connect to the Autel server once a month to unlock the tablet. Otherwise it will continue working for only three more days. This is not required in all Autel products. Unless they already change that. I don't know if that is the problem you have with your Scanner. Just the other day I got that notice on my tablet. I connected it to the internet and it was fixed.
