SD doesnt work to restore and i have a useless scanner now

I have my SD and I thought that files were good. Forget it, now I restore the factory parameters but my SD doesn't work. I have nothing. I can't restore my backup files and my subscription is expired, so... I have a useless scanner on my hands.
Does anyone have the backup files for a MS906BT scanner who could share them to me please?
