“Install failed” message and looping download with MS908. Self help guide says to clear cache but from what I see all cached data is not for the update, I am also unable to clear any of the cached data, and can only remove the app data. I believe I have a subscription as I don’t get a renewal and can see my email/ SN at the top.
I am also unable to download any System Update and request a VCI update as these also fail/don’t go through.
Help?!?
