     I have a 32gb memory and now require more. I have cleared all history, reports, pictures and videos. It seems new memory cards of larger capacity do not format to FAT32 as needed. What to do now?

    Hi, keep your old scanner as it is, buy a new one ,and you still can use the old one
    ,when you should perform a factory reset you have the risk loosing all the information
    on your older scanner.
