     I have the exact problem, "I get a blank screen with lights when I plug in my OBDMII Tool. I have tried it on two vehicles." and also when i connect on the PC, already change the battery, the computers dettects it, but never Communicates with it.... i dont know what to do..

    i have it for about 2 months :(

    Could you please help me in this case? I got today AL319 series, did update and screen gone white...

     In my case AL319 turns on only when its plug in to power USB or car...got it just only today...and bam what a update!

     I have the maxiscan ms509 its new used it 3 times.  now all I get when I plug it in is a blank light screen.  Cant seem to find it on the login registration page

    Hi, MS509 was quite old product and it has been discontinued for long time. Please try to long-press the Left Scroll Key and update this tool again to check the result. You can get the last update pack on Autel website via below link. Thanks!

      I have an Al609 and when I connect it to a vehicle the screen is blank but if i push a button it makes the noise I bought it new and the first time I used it, it worked fine but then after that the screen is blank when I plug it into a vehicle. What could it be? Is it possible that I can erase the programs from the scantool because the screen lights up but the menu doesnt show up. I would appreciate your help.

    Hi, there may be problem with the screen of the tool. You can write to support@autel.com with some screen shots to confirm the problem. If yes, then please contact your dealer soon for warranty. Thanks!
